KRZ November Spotlight
Hope everyone is doing well, I love this time of year. November is a very busy month in the Zaragoza household, not only is there the upcoming holidays but throw in two birthdays, we stay pretty busy.
A few business announcements:
Please visit the completely updated and rebuilt KRZ productions llc site. Took a while, but I am finally comfortable with the look and feel.
We are currently finishing the Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce site, about 90% complete with a web site for CMD marketing and Colbi Ditter, and last week got the ok to begin on the Suds Tavern web site. That is going to be a fun one!
We had our first animation and video meeting with Sarah McClendon, McClendon Engineering, and National Council of Structural Engineers Association. It will be a cool project, producing an education and recruiting video for the structural engineer profession. I will keep you updated on the progress.
Personally, I have been elected to the Board of Directors for the Idaho Wildlife Federation and I am a member of the leadership and development team for the Boise Rec Fest. Both, great groups, and I am excited to be a part.

KRZ October Spotlight
Hope all is well and fall is absolutely in the air!! Pretty light October Spotlight, we did have a great September adding two outside sales associates, Kenny Schultz in Eastern Idaho, and Bill Ward in Sedona, Arizona.
We are currently finishing up a few website projects, getting the animation up and running, and discussing a joint venture with another local tech company. We will be providing Smart phone applications for Iphone and Blackberry.
We appreciate everyone's support and feedback throughout the year, December 1 will be our one year anniversary and I will keep you posted on the Appreciation party!!!

KRZ September Spotlight
Good morning, I hope everyone had a great weekend and you are enjoying the change of season, eventually! There is nothing better than fall in Boise, Idaho!
Here is our KRZ September Spotlight. The email is a little later than usual, sorry, I was waiting for one 3-D animation demo to be completed. We have it loaded on our Youtube page, please give it a look and let us know how we can help your projects or presentations.

I would also like to announce the addition of Marco Vazquez to the KRZ team. Marco, comes with a vast knowledge of technical web design and he is our project manager in regards to animation.
We have added a few clients during the month of August:

Boise Rec Fest, a two-day celebration and promotion of recreational activities available throughout the state of Idaho. Exhibits, vendor booths, workshops, demonstrations, interactive experiences, children's activities, live entertainment, giveaways, concessions and much, much more make this unique festival THE place to be for all things recreation!

All Selling is Social
Over the weekend I read a great article in "Entrepreneur" September 2009. The article is under the sales+talk section on page 30. Here is the article.

To perform at your highest level and enhance how you sell, you must continue to develop your emotional and social intelligence. Be open to the idea that you can improve your:
Self Awareness: The ability to read your own emotions and recognize their impact while using gut feelings to guide decisions.
Self-management: Controlling your emotions and impulses and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Social awareness: Your ability to sense, understand and react to others' emotions while comprehending social networks.
Relationship management: The ability to inspire, influence and develop others while managing conflict.
and remember, ditch the idea of being a salesperson and just be a person. That is some great piece of advice.
